Positive Dreams was created by Elayne Calhoun, a multi-award-winning Indie gospel artist, singer, and songwriter known for her soulful and healing music. Elayne has been divinely anointed & graced by God to gently soothe the inner souls of mankind through song. Born on April 7th, Elayne began singing at age 3 and discovered the power of music to heal. Inspired by this notion, she developed Positive Dreams to soothe and comfort others through her music.

Elayne is the mother of two adult children. She is also the 7th of her parent's nine children. Her music touched her children, the children in her mother’s home daycare, and she even used the soothing techniques of Positive Dreams to comfort her well over 30, nieces and nephews.
